An everyday business where refunds are rare.
Online, subscription or specialty businesses that need a processor who gets their industry.
Not sure which one? Call or text (352) 978-3676 and tell us what you sell. We usually reply within 1–3 minutes.
We’ve watched merchants get approved, start processing, then stop because they ran out of money. So we don’t charge you: no fees from us and no contracts. You pay the bank’s normal processing rates, and the bank pays us once you’re approved and processing. And if you aren’t happy, we make sure you are.
Not a call center. Not just an agent. Between us, we’ve run ad campaigns, built websites, shipped orders and worked inside banks. We’ve put our own cash and time on the line, so we know what matters most: getting approved, getting paid and staying open. Think of us as friends in your corner who happen to know payments.

Josh has been an advertiser for 12 years and ran his own fulfillment company. He knows the cash and time campaigns take, and that your merchant account decides whether you get paid and keep running. He started Pay Mountain to work for the merchant, not the agent.
John has spent his career in sales and in many parts of payments. He’s helped Josh run campaigns and build websites, so he gets your business from the first ad to checkout. He listens, negotiates until it’s right, and walks you through every option.
Carley came from home loans and banking and has done merchant processing for about nine years. She’s worked for and with banks, helped build companies and run campaigns, so she knows what banks need to say yes and how to keep you processing. She keeps you updated every step of the way.
Usually about 1 to 3 business days once your application is in. It can vary with the bank, your industry and how much volume you need, and we’ll keep you posted the whole way.
It depends on your business, and low-risk and high-risk businesses need different documents. Start with our quick intake, or call or text us. Once we understand your business, we’ll send you the exact list for your situation.
A reserve is a portion of your sales the bank holds for a set time to cover possible refunds and chargebacks. It’s still your money, and it’s released on a schedule. Most low-risk accounts don’t have one; some high-risk accounts do. If yours does, you’ll know the exact amount and how long it lasts before you sign anything.
Nothing from us. There are no application or setup fees, no contracts and no cancellation fees. You pay the bank’s normal processing rates, and the bank pays us once you’re processing.
Call or text us right away. We’ll find out why it was closed, tell you honestly what your options are, and work to get you placed with banks that fit your business so you can keep taking payments.
